2 Billion Dollars in Investment in 2 Years

RAMS, which made a rapid entry into the Turkish real estate market, announced that it has invested over $2 billion in two years.

5 RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

Bülbül stated that their first investments in Istanbul were in Ümraniye and that they had completed the unfinished urban transformation project, saying, “We delivered homes to citizens who had been waiting for 8 years in just 8 months.” Bülbül shared the following information about ongoing projects: "We have reached the end of RAMS Garden Bahçelievler, where the groundbreaking ceremony was held in September 2022. We will complete this project in 9 months. RAMS City Haliç, which was launched in March and consists of 2 phases, is 87% sold. In Maslak, we took over the building belonging to Hattat Holding, which had been waiting for 22 years. The project, which will be completed in December 2024, will feature world-renowned stores and restaurants. Finally, we have started the first phase of the project in Bayramoğlu, which consists of 8 phases and 4,400 residences. In total, we have signed off on 2 million square meters of construction area and over $2 billion in investment in 2 years."

Emphasizing their confidence in the real estate sector and Turkey, Devran Bülbül said, “We will start three new projects, two in Istanbul's Ayazağa and Davutpaşa districts and one in Bodrum. We also have plans for an initial public offering.”

FEAR OF HOME DELIVERY HAS BEGUN

– Devran Bülbül stated that citizens have recently been concerned about whether their homes will be completed on time, saying, "There are companies that do $100 worth of work with $1 worth of capital, and there are quite a few of them. They say, ‘I'll sell from the model, and I'll build with what I sell.’ But when there are no sales during a downturn in the market, construction cannot proceed. This is why consumers are hesitant to buy."

– GALATASARAY Club had reached an agreement with Rams Global for stadium naming rights. Devran Bülbül, who mentioned that there was another agreement besides the stadium name, said, “We also played an important role in Icardi's arrival at the club. A separate agreement was made in addition to the stadium sponsorship.”
