2.5 billion TL investment in the old factory site

RAMS, a Turkish company that has been operating in Kazakhstan for approximately 25 years, has turned its attention to Turkey. The company, which has started an 800-unit housing project on the site of a former factory in Bahçelievler, Istanbul, announced that it will invest 2.5 billion TL, excluding the land. RAMS Global CEO Faruk Bülbül stated that they aim to develop a total of 60 billion worth of projects in Turkey and create 10,000 jobs.

Turkish company RAMS, which has built thousands of homes in Kazakhstan, has made an ambitious entry into the real estate market. Having completed an unfinished project in Istanbul's Şerifali district, the company has now started a new residential project on the site of the former Anadolu Efes factory in Bahçelievler. RAMS Global CEO Faruk BÜLBÜL stated that the RAMS Garden project, which will be realized on an area of 75 thousand square meters, has attracted intense interest, saying, "Over 5 thousand people visited the sales office during the pre-launch period on September 2-4. 200 residences were also sold. Our project has breathed new life into the shrinking construction sector, where the supply-demand balance has been disrupted. We are pleased with the intense interest shown in such a short period of a few days.“ Bülbül stated that they acquired the land for the project from Nata Holding and are partners, adding, ”We are not using credit; we are making our investments with our own capital. We will also invest 2.5 billion TL in our Bahçelievler project, excluding the land."

TARGET 60 BILLION TL

Faruk Bülbül, who stated that they are planning new residential projects in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Bodrum, shared the following information: "We have come to Turkey to invest with our 25 years of experience in Kazakhstan. We will start the project on Uzel Tractor's Topkapı plot at the end of September. We will complete the Diamond of Istanbul project, located in Maslak and owned by Hattat Holding, which was left unfinished. It will be named RAMS Tower. We will also bring an international brand to the mixed-use project. We are starting an 11,000-unit project in Bayramoğlu Darıca that will take 7 years to complete. We have completed 30 villas in Bodrum and are working on new projects on 1,000 acres of land. With our belief in Turkey and the projects that will start soon, we will create a total project value of 60 billion TL and 10,000 jobs."

In this project, which will not be sold to foreigners, the price per square meter of the homes starts at 55,000 Turkish lira. The project, adjacent to a 42,000-square-meter forest area, features a 210-meter lake.

9,000 HOUSING UNITS

Faruk Bülbül stated that they had received offers for projects in Istanbul that had been started as part of urban transformation but had not been completed, and that they were interested in these investments. Bülbül noted that RAMS Global had delivered more than 20,000 homes to date and that they aimed to deliver approximately 9,000 homes to their owners in Turkey over the next four years.

MINING AND HEALTH TO GROW

Bülbül stated that they currently have more than 20 active construction sites, 14 of which are in Kazakhstan, and that they have signed projects covering nearly 4 million square meters in more than 10 cities in 5 countries. Bülbül stated that they are also involved in the healthcare and mining sectors, adding, “We made our first healthcare investment in Turkey in Gaziantep in 2010. We are now planning healthcare investments in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. Mining operations are ongoing in Kazakhstan. We are also working to get involved in this sector in Turkey.”
