The new partnership structure aims to achieve a stronger international positioning while preserving ETRO's deep-rooted design heritage and creative identity.

In this context, RAMS, together with Swinger International and SRI Group, participated in the process of transferring the minority shares of the brand in agreement with L Catterton, the majority shareholder of ETRO. L Catterton will continue to support ETRO's long-term growth strategy by maintaining its position as the majority shareholder.

Continuity in Management and a Strong Vision

Fabrizio Cardinali, the CEO who has led ETRO's transformation process in recent years, will continue in his role to ensure the implementation of the brand's strategic roadmap. The new partnership structure aims to support ETRO's global growth objectives with a stronger framework while maintaining continuity in management. In the new period, RAMS CEO Faruk Bülbül is expected to serve as Chairman of the ETRO Board of Directors. This approach aims to strengthen the brand in areas such as long-term strategy, global expansion, and corporate governance, rather than operational processes.
