RAMS makes a 60 billion TL investment

RAMS Garden in Bahçelievler, Istanbul, has gone on sale with its pre-launch campaign. With 33,000 square meters of green space within a total area of 75,000 square meters, RAMS Garden has eight times more green space than the Istanbul average and offers a variety of housing options ranging from 2+1 to 5+1. RAMS Global CEO Faruk Bülbül stated, “RAMS Garden has breathed new life into the construction sector. With our confidence in Turkey and our upcoming projects, we will invest a total of 60 billion TL and create 10,000 jobs.”

10,000 JOBS
At the pre-launch event, over a thousand people visited the sales office. Expressing his views on the high demand, Faruk Bülbül said, "About a year ago, we shared with you that we were rolling up our sleeves to shed light on the future of the construction sector in Turkey, both in terms of our way of doing business and our financial strength. The best example of our confidence in Turkey and the innovations we have brought to the sector is the huge interest in Quattro Istanbul and now RAMS Garden. RAMS Garden has breathed new life into the shrinking construction sector, where the supply-demand balance has been disrupted."

There are 796 apartments.
RAMS Garden, which houses 796 apartments, features a 210-meter-long pond as well as a cycling, running, and walking track. The 42,300-square-meter forest area adjacent to the project also brings life together with greenery at RAMS Garden. While the average amount of green space per person in Istanbul is 13.25 square meters, this figure reaches 94.5 square meters when including the adjacent forest and RAMS Garden.

9,000 people will become homeowners
RAMS Garden, one of RAMS' 18 active construction sites worldwide, including Turkey, Dubai, Thailand, Moscow, and Kazakhstan, also offers social areas such as a 1,100-square-meter social facility and an indoor sports hall. Having delivered more than 20,000 homes to date, RAMS Global aims to deliver approximately 9,000 homes to their owners in Turkey over the next four years.
